Moving playlist from itunes to ipod

Is there any way to move a playlist from itunes to my ipod i have all the songs on my ipod but its a 150 song playlist and i dont feel like going through my itunes and finding all the songs to make a new one....
any help is much appreciated

Nevermind i found a way to do it, it was alot easier than i thought
