Hello,

1. I hate that Mail.app has to stop everything and give you an error when it can't connect to a host. It's not an uncommon enough thing when you're having the mail checked say every 15 minutes.

I suggest that it either keeps on going about it's business, unless it can't connect an X amount of times (user definable); have the option to turn off notification altogether, or in the worst case that it just keep on running even though it couldn't connect to a host (especially when you have, say 4 hosts).

2. when in Mail.app if you get a styled email, or rich text email, the up and down keys to scroll through the document no longer works, nor does the delete key. I have to select the message in order to delete it.

3. As for Quicktime. I think it's ridiculous that a "pro" feature is to be able to display a movie in full-screen. This should be a normal user option, and not a 'pro' feature. I mean, even windows media player and realplayer have it.

4. Not only that, it's the only player that doesn't allow you to pause a movie when in full screen. For Realplayer you hit apple-P, and for wmp (which i detest) it's the common space bar.

5. I agree with another comment that "hide app" should be in the contextual menu popup of the dock alongside Quit and Show in Finder. Yes, I know about pressing H while tabbing through, but this seems easier.

6. I'd like to be able to drag a document into a docked window and it be copied/movied to that directory.

That's about it. Anyone know where I can write apple so they know? I know about the feedback for OS X (saw it in another thread), but would the feedback for Quicktime and Mail go there too?

One last thing, don't know if it's fixed by now with the new QT, since it reads MPEG-4, but I hate the fact that you can't watch divx movies in QT, since the software has trouble decoding mp3 tracks from avi files.

sincerely,
Vonleigh
