Hi,

can anyone tell me how to setup Open Transport in Classic?

PPP connection in 10.1.2 works nicely for me but everytime I use the Classic environment there is no possibility to re-connect to any ISP, neither in X nor in Classic. I get an connection but log-in process never stops.

Suggestions?

I would start with these steps:

1. Quit Classic.
2. Trash /"System Folder"/Preferences/"TCP/IP Preferences"
3. Relaunch Classic.
4. Open the Classic TCP/IP Control Panel
5. From the menu bar - Edit User Mode; Click the Advanced Radio Button.
6. On the TCP / IP Contol Panel press the Options Button.
7. Make sure TCP / IP is active and the "Load Only When Needed Button" is unchecked.
8. Close the boxes and save your changes.
