Reading the thread on having a way to hind an app from it's dock menu, I was reminded of my wish (submitted to Apple) for a Check Mail command in Mail's dock menu. Do any Cocoa programmers out there know of a way to hack an added item into a particular app's menu, or add one globally to all apps (short of writing you're own dock)?
