SOCKS4 telnet/ssh support

Is there a Mac OS X native (non-classic) telnet client that supports tunneling through a SOCKS4 firewall? Even better yet, is there a command line solution using ssh? I'm currently using DataComet as a solution, but would rather have one less excuse to be running classic.

OS X 10.1 includes a ssh client. Invoke 'ssh users@host' at a command line.

I can't help you with the SOCKS 4 tunnel.
