Is there any way to make all windows have just an outline when you resize? Usually only Carbon apps have this FEATURE - yes it is a feature, it is much quicker. OSX should have some settings for things like this! :-)

That "feature" was the only way things happened in 9. X's "feature" is what you're objecting to. Isn't that just like life? :)
