Click behind the dock

A shortcut key to click on things behind the dock (resize windows etc) would be useful

You mean other than command-option-D, which will hide the dock if it's showing (or show it if it's hiding)?

Or are you thinking just like a command-click in the dock area would execute a "behind click"?

Yes something that make sit easy to grab windows that have their resizeable coner under the dock, without having to drag the window.
