Hint Didn't Work

Just read the hint in latest issue of Macworld on how to activate Safari's Debug Menu. Followed instructions but nothing happened. Went to Mac OS X Hints website but I couldn't report the failure because it seems they're only interested in Panther problems. Is Jaguar dead already?

Give it a try. It worked when I had Jaguar.

Macworld made a typo when they typset my master -- they converted a backtick (`) into a straight quote ('), and I didn't catch it in final proofing.
