Greetings,

I've noticed that while it has worked in the past, I am not receiving e-mail notifications when someone replies to a post on the forums. The following setting is set to Yes:

Use 'Email Notification' by default?

I rarely unsubscribe from a topic that I have participated in and I am subscribed to several active threads at this time. Any ideas why this has stopped working for me. I'm not pointing fingers at the forum since it might be an issue where Road Runner is rejecting the mail (they seem to do this frequently when dealing with mailing lists).

Thanks for any insight that you might offer.

I've had this happen to me numerous times whenever I fiddle with my "Options". The best fix for me has been to reset my options to default settings. Also, once, .Mac decided to no longer honor the mailings from here for whatever reason. I guess they were being bounced, but I could never get a satisfactory answer from the folks at .Mac support.

Ok, thanks. I'll try setting the options to default (if default can be determined) and see what happens.

Try the "Reset Fields" button at the bottom of the page.

I don't know why but, for no apparent reason, my email notifications have suddenly started showing up again. Happy!! :-)
