Importing Flash movies into iMovie

I make a lot of Flash Movies, and used to import the movies directly into iMovie at school. That was with iMovie 3. I just updated to iMovie 4, and tried importing a Flash movie into iMovie at home, and it said it's unable to do that. Any suggestions?

Too bad, huh? The best way to bypass this new limitation is to use Quicktime Pro. Open the SWF in QT and export as a DV-Stream. Place the exported dv in the Media folder and restart.

BTW, you can also export to DV-Stream via Flash itself, in case you do not have QTPro.
