Terrible problem: OS9 doesn't boot (bomb and "illegal instruction") after it has been used as Classic environment.

Try dragging everything with Classic on it out of your OS 9 System Folder, then starting up on OS 9 with Extensions off (hold down on Shift key when restarting). If you boot up OK, run Disk First Aid and see what happens.
Let us know how it goes.

Excuse me, but how comp. will boot, if all content of system folder is destroyed?

Well, if all contents of your System Folder have been destroyed, it won't boot.
But if the problem is an extension conflict of some kind, it should boot, then you can at least use Disk First Aid to try to repair it.
Did you try starting with extensions off?
How about booting from your boot CD and running Disk First Aid? Or, better, if you have Norton or Tech Tool Pro, starting up with that?

If you look in the system folder that OS X used for Classic, you'll see a few files that start with "Classic...". Remove those files only from the System Folder, then try rebooting in OS 9.
These are (the main) files that OS X adds when it creates an OS 9 that can be used as Classic.

Hastily shortening my post :) as Rob posted while I was writing.
The files you are looking to remove are as follows:
From /System Folder:
Classic
Classic Support
Classic Support UI
Proxy App
From /System Folder/Extensions:
Classic RAVE
QuickDraw™ 3D RAVE
From /System Folder/Preferences:
Finder Preferences
System Preferences
