I thought that these reviews at Amazon.com of the iMac were pretty cool. Many of these people have switched from Windows to Mac, very surprising:

as a longtime mac user, but I just bought a new iMac and I'm really digging it! I work as a unix admin (on firewalls) and I can ssh into my mac at home and download and install software remotely....cool
I can install just about any unix software that's out there....coooool
I'm gonna get virtual pc then I'll run the pc software!

yeh I'm a happy camper:)
