I like
www.appleturns.com - an Apple "soap opera"
also, even though it's usually not a mac site,
www.rockwoodcomic.com had a great strip on the new iMac the week it came out - it's here (http://www.rockwoodcomic.com/imac2.html)
Other than that, I think you hit most of the sites I check, though sometimes I hit slashdot, or
www.theregus.com - The Register
for general tech news.
EDIT: Woops, I put in the wrong URL for the register...

MacWindows (http://www.macwindows.com/). (Start of all things crossplatform).
O'Reilly (http://mac.oreilly.com/). (I notice that there is a June release date planned for Learning UNIX for Mac OS X).
OSXGuide (http://www.osxguide.com/). (He's new and small, but has some nice ideas).
Everything Mac (http://everythingmac.org/). (This guy is primarily UNIX (Solaris) oriented, another small but interesting site).
And Macintouch, AppleTurns, MacSlash, MacMinute, Macosx.com, etc. etc. etc.

One of my favorite Mac sites is Bare Feats (http://www.barefeats.com/), a self-proclaimed "real world speed site."
I may have missed this earlier, but MacFixit is hands down still my favorite mac tech site, despite the new subscription service. http://www.macfixit.com/
"The Joy of Tech" is a good internet comic with a distinct Mac slant. http://www.joyoftech.com/
I like many of the aforementioned (macfixit) as well as macintouch.com and macminute.com. I also sometimes enjoy macsurfer.com.
As mentioned, MacFixit (http://www.macfixit.com/) is still okay. I've also found myself going to MacSlash (http://www.macslash.com) quite a bit lately:cool:.
Oops, almost forgot... Apple Discussions (http://discussions.info.apple.com/).

surprised no one has yet mentioned xlr8yourmac (http://www.xlr8yourmac.com)
their drive compatibility database (http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/drivedb/search.drivedb.lasso) is a godsend if you are planning to upgrade your older mac.
