Mysterios Loss of Send Right

Does any one know what this msg is:

mach_init(2) Mysterious loss of send rights on port 53255, deleting service com.phasic.PatchNub_00012080_04D6

I keep seeing this showing up in my logs and in the console.

Not a clue here. Do you have any idea about what the 'service com.phasic.PatchNub_00012080_04D6' might be? A search for it on my system finds no match.
