iPhoto 1.1 has been released.

VersionTracker has the correct download link. The one I posted earlier still pointed to the 1.0 version. Sorry.

After downloading and installing this the first note is that it uses a different library format than the 1.0 version, and it is not backwards compatible. So if you update one system, you'd better plan to do them all.

Yep, downloaded it, installed it, upgraded my libraries ... so why has it been pulled? No sign of it on versiontracker and http://www.apple.com/iphoto/download/ gives you version 1.0 ...

Having upgraded my libaries (and noted the caution about them not being backward compatible) I'm a little concerned.

Anyone got any info on this one?

There don't seem to be any ill effects; maybe it just got leaked prematurely. Either it will be re-released soon or version 1.1.1 will, I guess.

No, admittedly it does seem to work OK. I guess I'm just a little jumpy regarding any upgrades to anything. My OS X experience thus far has not always been a happy one ... and most of that unhappiness seems to start when I upgrade something.
