Install 2nd Disk

Having just installed a second, faster, ATA disk than the original I decided to make it the master (the manual says that the original disk must be the master and subsequent disks the slave), and connected it as the first disk rather than the second on the ribbon cable. So I had some fears that the G4 would not boot of the orginal disk, as would be the case on a WinTel box, but to my pleasant surprise it behaved just like a Mac always has... ie: it found my original disk with the OSX & OS9 and booted from the OSX as I had set in the "Startup Disk"
