can not sync

One month old 20Gb Ipod. I put it on my (usb WinXP) cable to sync and after a minute get this error. "Attempting to copy to the disk ** failed. An unknown error occured (-36)


Anyone familiar with this. It has synced before. This is a new error.

I figured out my USB hub is not 2.0, and by putting it on the tower USB the problem is solved.
