Imitation iPod

I think I know the answer, but just for kicks... Does anyone know if there is a portable device (other than iPod) that plays m4ps? I like the iTunes music store and all...but I'm kind of poor...like in college. So I just wondered if there was another device that played that format.

If it's an encrypted m4p from Apple's iTune's Music Store, only the iPod will play them.
