taking screen captures of dvd

everything is cool..but i wish there was some way of taking screen captures of DVD movies... would make excellent wallpapers... i know windoze dvd players allow that... is there any way to take a screen shot?
i looked at snaps pro X..but that is limited to nVidia only macs.. i am stuck with ATI???? yelp.... i want wallpapers of the living sea... :(

yeah, too bad. can't be done yet, AFAIK. mac dvd uses its own video buffers and pushes the bits to it's own graphics port or some special channel.
