Hi,

I have an iPod Photo 60 GB, but this is not specific to this model, as I have a 30 GB 3G iPod as well.

How is it that some files are set as being an Audiobook and thus allows me to change the speed from slower, to normal, to faster?

All the periodicles I buy from Audible are blessed as Audiobooks, and allow me to mess with the speed. I have a book 1984 that is blessed, but all the books I have bought from Audible are not blessed, neither are other books I have on CD and have ripped myself.

I have come to the conclusion that it does not matter what the Genre is. How do i "bless" an audiobook so it looks like an audiobook to my ipod?

Thanks!

Try changing the file extension to .m4b (after ripping them as AACs).
