Microsoft Intellipoint

Does anyone know when Microsoft will release drivers for the intellipoint explorer mouse? Or maybe you know of a work-around to get all buttons (including wheel) to work.

Please help... this is very frustrating.

I'm afraid not anytime soon. :(
This question has been going around ever since OSX
came out and Microsoft (as far as I know) still hasn't even mentioned the issue on their site.
But hey, the right button works and so does the wheel (not the wheel button), and that's basically everything you need (although I, having one too, do miss the extra buttons, but not much).
My advice for you if really need the extra mouse features: buy a new one with Mac-compatible features.

I saw the Intellimouse drivers at Macworld. They told me "February or March" for a ship date.

I'm in the market for a new Kensington product, I think ;-)

I don't use this software personally but it's going beta for OS X soon. It might be worth a look-see t see if it will provide the needed functionality.
