deleting songs in library that have been manually deleted

I am always moving songs around from computer to computer, and when they are copied from my pbook to my desktop, I delete them fropm my pbook.
Usually I just delete stuff from the itunes folder, but of course I am left with a bunch of songs in my library playlist that do not reference anything.
My question:
Can I somehow (utility/script/plug-in) remove all the orphaned songs easily
