New colors? Rumors?? Question:

So I am about to get my first iPod. I just want music for th egym (iPod shuffle) but I wanna be able to show people songs sometimes, so I think I need a screen.

So... are there any rumors of price drops or of new Mini colors?

I don't wanna buy now and find out they came out with a jet black Mini for $150 the next week.

I haven't heard any rumors of iPod updates -- I check www.macrumors.com everyday, and they usually cover just about every little Apple-related thing that comes up.

The last iPod updates were back on Feb. 23, so I don't think there will be another one that soon.

I think an iPod mini would work with you using it at the gym -- maybe buy an armband to keep it out fo your way.

Arm band is cumbersome. I'll use the belt clip for my waistband and run the wires under myshirt.

Feb was a while ago- shouldnt there be something new soon?
