As reported by MacNN, Apple has posted a summary of the keyboard shortcuts for using the Dock located at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106743
One thing not mentioned is something I've noticed when using the Command-Tab method to switch applications. Once you've pressed Command-Tab, to switch applications all you need to do is keep holding Command and tap the Shift key. You do NOT need to do Command-Shift-Tab to switch backwards, just Command-Shift--as long as you've already pressed Command-Tab once and kept holding command down.
Hard to explain, easy to do.
