Mac Webmail - > Unreliable?

Ok so ever since I've been using mac.com webmail, and *espsecially* since it moved over to .mac webmail, I've had problems being able to access the site and read my mail when I want to. I frequently get "Invalid response received from application" or "Forbidden" error messages, or just plain old "Connection Failed" messages from my browser. Seeing as how I'm now going to be charged a significant fee for the privilege of keeping my mac.com email address, I think these kinds of problems are absolutely intolerable. Has anyone else had the same kinds of trouble?

I've been using the mac webmail since beta II and i've seen only one or two glitches. Overall, I think it's a pretty compelling feature of the .mac service. I'm not sure i'll be a subscriber as I have my own "iDisk" courtesy of Tomcat+webDav.
