bookmarks not syncing

Has anyone else noticed that bookmark locations in bookmarkable AAC files are not syncing to/from the iPod when syncing with iTunes? I just found this nice new "feature" of iTunes 4.9 and my 4th generation iPod mini tonight.

Apple should have tested this more before they rushed it out the door. :(

I haven't noticed this problem but this is not a new feature in iTunes 4.9. Since I bought my iPod (April 2005), I have used bookmarkable AAC files with my iPod and in iTunes
