One of the areas that will help make Mac OS X go is user assistance and education; that's why we're here.
Another place where it's both easy and fun to help folks and be helped is at a local user group. Apple maintains a site (http://www.apple.com/usergroups/) with descriptions of programs and a locator DB for finding nearby groups.
The reason I bring this up here is that many groups have few resources and experiences for dealing with the new types of issues in OS X we bring up in fora like these. It would be great if some of us could jump in and show them what we've got.
I'm trying to get an OS X SIG (special interest group) going up here in Mpls., and would be delighted to hear of anyone else's efforts and results in their area.
Thanks!!
