Airport - How do I get the Hex password?

I am trying to connect an XP machine to my WPA airport network. It wants the password in Hex, but my password is in ASCII. I used to be able to get the hex password by using the "equivalent network password" menu option. Now when I try this I only get the ascii password. Perhaps that was when I was using Wep rather than WPA. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks...

use the airport management utility. It gives you loads more info and it can configure airports quickly.

in the settings it will show the password in hex format.

Cool tool thanks. It seems that WPA does not use hex passwords in any capacity. The windows machine needs an update on its wireless card. Thanks for the help...
