iPodRip not working correctly

I lost my entire iTunes library so I am attempting to use iPodRip to recreate the library . Some songs do not show up properly after I import them. The titles are there but they have no artist, album or other info. When I look, they are listed under "unknown artist" and "unknown album." When I look at the songs in iPodRip, I see there is no iTunes icon next to the songs that are not placed in the proper folders. What does the icon mean and how can I correct the problem?

iPodRip never did really work right for me. I switched to PodWorks (8 bucks) http://www.scifihifi.com/podworks/ and then to senuti (free)http://wbyoung.ambitiouslemon.com/senuti/ perhaps trying one of these will solve your problem.
