Is it possible to have 2 libraries in Itunes.

I am running out of disk space. I thought i could create 2 libraries one for Most played and one for least played tracks

I presume you mean that you want to have another iTunes library on some other disk. This is possible and has been discussed in at least one article on the main macosxhints site.
But I don't think you can have two separate libraries as you asked about - you can have your one library on some other disk. But note that you don't need to have all the songs stored under the "Music/iTunes" folder - you can have songs in whatever folder (on whatever disk) you want. Just make sure that you have the option "Copy files to iTunes folder..." unchecked in iTunes preferences (Advanced section).

This is more of a workaround, but i'm sure it could be scripted to be quicker.
Have an alias to your "Least Played" music folder in your Home called "iTunes", and have your "Most Played" music library in "Music" (Again, it should be called "iTunes". To change from one to another, simply switch the two files. Move the "Most Played" iTunes folder out of Music, and onto your desktop, and move the alias into the Music folder. Then restart iTunes, and you'll have a different library loaded. I do this all the time, but am far to lazy to write a script. I'm sure you can write one in Automator.

It sounds complicated, but it's as easy as pie.
