i use my ipod for disk use to move files from home to work and back.
My work computer never sleeps but at home I have it set to sleep.
I have noticed now then when I come back and wake up the computer, I get that disconnection error that you get if you pull the cord out without "ejecting" the ipod. Didn't use to be a problem when I used firewire but had to go with USB2 now with the video ipod. So I put in a USB2 card. So I guess, I have to have that card NOT go to sleep, to keep the connection even while the computer is snoozing. Thanks!
