two iPods on one computer?

Hey everyone, i have an iPod shuffle and im thinking of buying an iPod nano.
I was thinking i would give my iPod shuffle to my younger brother but i heard you cannot have two or more iPods on one computer, is that true?

No that's not true, my wife loads her own mini as well as her mom's shuffle.
You just have to go to the iPod preferences and turn off the "load automatically" setting. I'm sure there's other ways to do this but we just set up playlists for each iPod then load only the playlists we want on each unit.

I think the way it works is, you can have multiple iPods synced to one computer, but you cannot have one iPod synced to multiple computers.

I've definitely had multiple iPods synced to one computer. You just give them different names.
