Album Image in iPod Nano

I have copies a number of playlists from my iTunes to my lovely new nano. In iTunes, I have album images in the image box, but when transferred onto the nano, I only have album sleeve images for my pod-Casts. How do i include the album covers on my regular playlists?

Make sure that you have "Display album artwork on your iPod" checked in the iPod preferences window.
