Hopefully someone out there has a suggestion for what I can do...
Yesterday I filled up my shuffle with music thru itunes as i usually do.
Today, i plug my shuffle into my computer and nothing shows up on the desktop or in itunes.
As a matter of fact, the shuffle will not play music at all. If I press play on the shuffle, the green and orange light blink simultaneously.
This has never happened before.
It will not even show up as an external drive even when I plug it into any USB port on any other computer, both PC or Mac.
Therefore, I have no way of accessing the shuffle in any way, it doesn't show up anywhere.
The battery is fully charged as well.
I'm running OSX 10.3 on my Mac if this helps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
