I have an idea!
There are thousands of 'resolved' threads on macosxhints forums, where someone poses a question, it gets answered, and all is well! Why don't the site admin here reformat these 'resolutions' into the site hints section for all to see and enjoy as a summarized version?
hmmmm

Because there aren't thousands of hours in a day, and editing for publication is a pretty time-intensive task?

Maybe he's volunteering to do those hours :D ... free of charge as he's going to learn so much from doing this.

I think that they are doing an excellent job managing the site. The search capability is good. The team is very responsive and are very willing to answer questions. You are free to search to look for your solution. If you don't find an answer to your question, you can start a new tread or send them an email.
I guess I should say this to all the moderators, keep up the good work.

I like to point out that the main macosxhints site relies on contributions from readers. Most of the hints published there are reader contributions that have been edited a bit and (sometimes) tested by Rob Griffiths.

I would say that this is a “resolved” thread.
