OS X system in one partition, USER in another one [Archive]

View Full Version : OS X system in one partition, USER in another one

I partitioned my 12G HD into 2 parts, and wanna keep the OS X system in one of them, and the USER folder in another, then kinda have no idea of how to do this, it cannot be done by simple drag and drop, I have tried that already, I am guessing I should do some typing with the terminal, anyone know how to do this?

My system is 10.1/PBG3, don't want to install OS 9.
