Hello everyone.
My Ipod has recently frozen.

I loaded a song on to it, and then ejected it. It's now stuck at one of my playlist screens. The screen is brightened and has not gone out for three or four hours. It still reads full battery, the click wheel wont move anything, and the click thing wont select anything.
It's frozen. I've tried shutting it down, reseeting it with select and menu and shuffling the hold button. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Torold

If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.

If that doesn't work, then open it up and remove the battery. It worked for me in a similar situation.

(Of course, I mean remove and reinstall....)

Hold the reset button combo for longer than you think it should take. That was the trick for me.
