Play all Playlists...?

Is there a way to
<< play all playlists >> on my iPod...?
Without shuffling anything...?

I no of none. My workaround is a 'helper playlist' which is a smart playlist including everything :/

never tried it but what happens if you push play on the "playlists menu" I know if i do this on my ipod at the "artist" menu it starts from the beginning.
