My video iPod display is corrupted. There are black lines on the left hand side and a black splotch on the lower right hand corner. The screen is not cracked. It was working 30 minutes ago.
I downloaded the new version of iPod installer and reset everything to factory settings, but nothing has changed. I can't read any menu items at all.
Can you help?
