Hi,
Can anyone help me please.
I have lost all of my music from my iTunes library however it is all still on my iPod. How can I transfer my music from my iPod to my computer or into the library of iTunes?
I hope someone can help:confused:

there are lots of programs to do that on the web. either google for them or go to version tracker and look it up

assuming you have a mac I use sentui (http://www.fadingred.org/senuti/) for my pod ripper. it is extremely important to make sure that your pod is first set to manual update. The senuti page has instructions on that.

I'm about to switch from Windows to Mac. Is there software out there that will allow me to transfer my music library from the windows machine to the mac? I found some instructions on the Apple web site, but they didn't work. I could get the library over to the mac from the windows machine, but I couldn't populate my iPod.

Why don't you just use your ipod to transfer the music...onto the pod from the windows machine, then use a pod ripper such as senuti to bring them down from the pod...
