hi, my iPod video 30G recently has been having problems. When it starts i get this screen:
http://a248.e.akamai.net/7/248/51/3039151151585648/www.info.apple.com/images/kbase/303915/303915_1.jpg

iTunes nor the iPod updater won't recognize it. Windows shows it as a removable drive in "My Computer" but when i click format it says "There is no disk in drive G:/"

please help me.

What else is plugged into your pc...something else seems like it has taken the G: drive spot lime a memory card reader or something..

Have you tried plugging it in and then using the latest iPod Updater?
