transferring songs from ipod to itunes

i thought i had found my answer but the url would not open for me in a similar post to this one.
I had to do a fresh install of windows xp service pack 2 home edition and lost everything including my itunes which contained several hundred songs. I have reinstalled itunes. How do I transfer the music on my ipod to my itunes. Thank you

There are other examples.

iPod Access is not free, but the demo version allows you to transfer 5 tunes at a time.

Does iPodRip come in a Windows version, becuase that's is what he'll need? The computer he's talking about is using Windows XP. IpodAccess is available for bothe Windows and Mac OSX.
