remote access w/window to redhat 7.2

ok ... first I was looking into this thread (http://forums.osxhints.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=235) but then over at the main macosxhints site I found this thread on osxvcn (http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20010501085253164)

I'm getting lost now ... I really would like a VPC type of solution to access my redhat box.

I have xwindows running again finally so I'm very open to any method.

what do you recommend?

I know nothing about redhat, but I assume there's a version of VNC for it. If there is, it should be as easy as launching VNC Server on the redhat box and then using VNCThing or one of the other VNC clients for OS X to connect to the linux box.

Am I missing something more detailed than that in your question?
