uninstall iphoto

How do I uninstall iphoto ?

I think you can move the application to the trash.

throw away

~/Pictures/"iPhoto Library"/

in the trash as well as the

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist

I think that should do it, but there maybe some other files that you will need to chuck

Just curious, what program are you going to use in place of iPhoto?
