Hi folks,
This is more of a sad and lonely whinge than anything else, but hopefully someone out there can shed some light on why the New Zealand iTunes store won't accept American Express. After having waited so so long for Apple to bring the store to Kiwi shores, I was thoroughly grumpy to find that I couldn't create an account since I don't have either of the two flavours of credit card they exclusively accept. What makes this even more frustrating is that, when I lived in Australia, the iTunes store there accepted my Amex, but having moved back to NZ I can't update my account details, nor use my Aussie account, since it recognises my Kiwi IP details, and blocks purchases!!!
