Please bear with me, as I am a novice and not very PC minded.
I got a new 30gig video iPod 4 xmas, have loaded photos no probs, loaded songs no probs. I also have a Sony CyberShot camera, and when I use movie mode and load the file to my PC, I have dragged the folder to movies in iTunes, and it would not play. I have right-clicked the clip and clicked convert to iPod, which it duplicates. But when it is loaded onto my iPod there is no sound. I am using Windows XP home edition. It’s driving me potty.
Grateful for answers in plain, idiot-proof english please.
