Hello everyone, I am new to the boards and right out of the gates I was wondering if someone could help me out with a problem I am having my Ipod. It is a 60gig video Ipod, if that helps for anything.

So lets get to it, I downloaded a bunch of podcasts, podcasts designed to help me learn Japanese (I spend a lot of time driving to work and school so I thought I might as well learn something while I drive) so I have all of these podcasts in Itunes and I loaded them up to my Ipod, and of course they are listed under the "podcasts" section. However here is my problem, when I disconnect my Ipod and listen to these podcasts, the order that they are listed are in reverse order as to when they came out, I would like to be listen in the order that they were released so I can stay with the "class" or whatever it is. Also, another problem is that I have to manually press the “menu” button and switch to the next podcast myself, it is not like when I listen to one of my albums where it simply switches to the next song itself.

So, to sum everything up, I want my podcasts sorted in the order that they were released and I want them to all play right in a row so I just have to sit there while they all play through.

Does anyone know what my problem is? Is there someone out there who knows what I can do?

Thanks a lot!

If you will listen to them from the "songs" menu rather than from the "podcast" menu, they will play in order and play one after the other. I agree with you that there should be a good way to do what you want, but this is the only workaround I have found.

Good luck!
