user sites folders

The first two users I created in X (both administrators) can access their /~username/ site on the web. The third I made could not. He isn't an admin. What do I have to do to get his site working online? I get 404 when trying to connect.

I just tried what you described and it worked OK. Are you sure the user was created with a 'Home' directory? It is an option to turn that off for mail-only and other special types of users.
