I just bought the 80G classic. All my music is working well. I had a couple of music videos to upload. I uploaded them into my iTunes library fine but they did not show up in videos after a sync. I then "converted" them for iPod use per the manual. I got the video to syn just fine but their is no audio. What am I doing wrong.

What format were these videos in originally?

What method did you use to convert them?

What format and detailed settings did you convert them to?

Do they play with audio and video in sync when played in iTunes instead of on the iPod?

Most .mpg files are muxed MPEG-1 video and audio. Quicktime can play them, but can't export the audio, so converting them in iTunes won't work. I think MPEG Streamclip can convert them.
