I have a friend who has some songs on his ipod that i want but his ipod is synced to a diffrent itunes library. Is there away to get his songs on my itunes from my friends ipod?

Senuti will copy songs from iPods into iTunes, or yu can you can just access the ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/ folder and select songs that you want to copy over a network or burn to a CD.
Now, if these are iTunes Store purchased songs they won't play in your iTunes account as it has different credentials for FairPlay DRM.
Disclaimer: I assume that these are all home made songs that can be freely distributed otherwise this thread will be locked and or deleted by moderators.
There is tons of free music on various sites...

these songs are all made on garage band or www.freeplaymusic.com
